Bilingual Support
All our products have bilingual support and can be displayed in English only, Traditional Chinese only, Simplified Chinese only, English+Traditional Chinese or English+Simplified Chinese. In addition, the language used in order printing is independent of the screen language and can be set differently. For example, an English only screen with bilingual order prints.
Mapping
Our software provides the users with street-level maps making calculating delivery charge and routing enquiry a simple affair.
Order Taking
Our software provides the users with various ways to find the required dish via dish categories, menu section headings or menu number input.
For example, when using the dish categories method, a user simply needs to click or touch the CURRY category. All related curry dishes will then be listed, which may then be selected and added to the order pad.
Our software may be used with different hardware combinations. The keyboard and mouse may be used to operate the system, or the touchscreen terminal.

Specify Requirements
Changing the requirement of a dish is simple. For example: no onions, more peas, less salt. Simply highlight a dish on the order pad, choose AMEND and then select the ingredients. If a particular ingredient requires a price increase, this will be added to the dish total automatically.

Swapping Dish in Set Meal
Simply highlight the dish within the Set Meal and choose the required dish from the menu. Should there be price differences, the difference will be added to the dish total automatically.
Self-select Menu (Buffet)
Our software provides you with a way to allow customers to make-up their meal at a fixed price. For example, for a lunch box dish item, a customer can choose any three dishes from the normal menu and still be charged at the lunch box price.
Ad-Hoc Dish Item
There will be times when a dish is not available on the menu but you are able to offer it to the customer. In this situation, we have provided you with a facility that allows you to make up the dish name and set a price.
Order Slip Printing
Various elements on the print output may be controlled by the user. Output can contain English and/or Chinese characters, menu reference, number of copies to print, font size, order pad number, date/time, outlet address etc...
Order Management
Our product provides a central point for you to manage existing orders. The facility is password protected and only authorised users may gain access. Orders may be tracked by using order pad numbers, where order pad numbers are not to be used this may be turned off by the users. Order management facility allows you to print daily totals summary and various statistics. All orders history may be cleared.
Postcode
When taking orders for delivery, entering the Postcode allows you to identify the customer address quickly and accurately. Our system has a self-learning capability, where it remembers your customer's address. So when they call to place their next order you will have their address to hand. We are able to provide postcodes in your area but this will require the appropriate PAF license and incur a license fees.
Delivery Direction - North, East, South and West
For delivery orders, the printed order shows clearly the direction the drivers has to travel. This direction indicator also help the chef to cook all orders for a particular direction to speed up delivery.
Caller Identification
Caller Identification is a service provided by your current Telecom company. When an incoming call is received, the caller number is displayed on the handset. In a similar way, our software captures the caller telephone number with a Caller Id Mate unit and thereby identifies the caller address in the computer system. When taking a delivery order, the address is displayed in front of you without you having to ask for the address again. To the customer, this IS service!!
Menu Items Addition and Amendment
Unlike other systems, our software provides you with all the facilities to create or make changes to menu items. For example, changing prices and dish descriptions.
Professional Installation
Our experienced staff will carry out system installation on the date specified. As part of our installation procedures, our staff will ensure the system is correctly installed plus checking the dish description are correctly described.
